No Long Term Contracts: We believe in earning your trust and continued business. After one year, you are free to cancel your agreement with HBI with only 60-day notice.

Regena Virgil, raised in Southern California and currently residing in Visalia, CA, is the Owner/General Manager of Resource Billing & Consulting. RBC has provided medical billing services to clients with multispecialty groups for over 20 years. Her long-term relationships with her clients have contributed to the growth and success of her business. She is a certified coder and an active member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association and Practice Management Institute.
She has been married to her husband, Rick, since 1997. They have 3 sons and one granddaughter. Regena and her husband are active musicians in their church, and enjoy golfing and trips to the coast.
Jackie Croft, raised in Visalia, CA, graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a B.A. in Business Management. She worked in the banking industry for over 15 years. After leaving the banking industry, she began to work in the medical field in 2014 where she was the administrator for an intensivist group. She serves as the practice administrator for Valley Hospitalist Medical Group, as well as a Principal in HBI.
Jackie resides in Visalia, CA, with her husband Bob. Jackie and Bob have been married since 1990, and are very active in their community and take part in many fundraising events that support several great non-profit organizations. They love to travel and spend time with their two grown children.
Born in Los Angeles, he also lived in Atlanta for five years before spending his teen years in Western Europe. Steve graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 1982 with a B.A. in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Divinity degree in 1990 from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in the northern Chicago suburb of Deerfield, IL.
Prior to co-founding Salient MD, Steve worked for CashRetriever Systems, Inc (CSI), a national revenue cycle software development and services company, based in Birmingham, AL. CSI developed tools and training for hospitals to follow up on outstanding insurance and private pay accounts. During his years with CSI, Steve became their Vice President of Business Development.
Steve lives in Cullman, AL, and has been married to Kristi since 1983. They have four grown children (James, John, Cooper and Katherine), and several grandchildren!
Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, he attended the University of Alabama, and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Health Care Management in 1978. Jay attended graduate school at The University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) and successfully completed the two-year program in 1980, with a M.S. in Hospital Administration.
Prior to co-founding Salient MD, Jay worked for a total of 24 years with two health care organizations. His most recent professional experience prior to co-founding Salient was thirteen years of service as the Chief Executive Officer of Cullman Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a facility affiliated with the Baptist Health System. Jay presently resides in Cullman, AL; has been married to the former Sharon Bowen since 1983. They have three grown children (Hunter, Austen, and Caroline) and several grandchildren!
